WCRPatcher 1.2 RC2 - патчер, одной из функций которого является сравнение двух фалов побайтно.

Сделал перевод этой программы, чтобы её можно было использовать для создания русификаторов.
Например, если в приложении все строки оказались "вшитыми".

Приятной особенностью создания русификаторов будет возможность снабдить их музыкальным сопровождением из файла MIDI.
